Percentages, not promises
Xebayi sells medicated skincare (vitamin C, niacinamide, retinol) to a market that has been sold a great deal of scented nothing. The buyer is sceptical for good reason and, with actives, is also right to be cautious: the wrong strength genuinely does damage. The storefront had to earn a purchase from someone who has already been disappointed.

Skincare pages usually hide the one number that matters. Naming a product Radiance Elixir and burying the concentration in the ingredients tab reads as evasion to an informed buyer, and gives an uninformed one nothing to compare. The site also had to work for two very different visitors: someone who knows they want 1% retinol, and someone who only knows their skin is not behaving.
Every product leads with its active and its strength: 15% Vitamin C, 10% Niacinamide, 1% Retinol, set in the product name itself rather than the small print. For the visitor who does not know where to start, bundles do the work, a bundle is a routine with an order to it, not a discount bin, and it lifts basket value as a side effect rather than as the pitch. A credibility ticker runs the claims that matter in this category (cruelty free, paraben free, medical-grade formulation) and social proof is specific and local rather than generic. Support routes to WhatsApp, because that is where this market actually asks questions before buying.
A storefront that answers the informed buyer's first question on the product card, and gives the uncertain one a routine to start with instead of a catalogue to guess at. Behind it, the team runs the whole catalogue and every order from one dashboard, and customers follow their own delivery through order tracking rather than messaging to ask where it is.
