Nexic Technologies is a marketing agency with a build team inside it. We run paid advertising, SEO and content for brands in Pakistan and the UK, and we design and build the websites, apps, video and creative those campaigns depend on.

That combination is rarer than it sounds.

Most agencies hand the website to someone else and hope it converts. Most studios can build the thing but have never bought a click in their lives. We do both, in one team across Islamabad and Manchester.

    Code, design files, infrastructure, documentation: all yours from the first commit. No proprietary platform, no licence that expires, no leverage held over you.

    Every engagement opens by writing down what success looks like in figures. Anyone can call a launch successful; we prefer to be able to prove it.

How we work

A process built to kill bad ideas early

Most failed projects were doomed in week two and discovered in month six. Ours are structured so the expensive surprises surface while they're still cheap.

  1. 01Week 1

    Frame the problem

    A short, paid discovery. We interview your team, read the existing code, and write down what success actually looks like, in numbers, not adjectives.

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Prove the risky part

    Every project has one thing that might not work. We build that first, in isolation, before anyone commits a budget to the parts we already know how to do.

  3. 03Weeks 4–12

    Build in the open

    Two-week cycles against a live staging environment. You get a Slack channel, a demo every second Thursday, and commit access from the first day.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Hand over properly

    Runbooks, architecture notes, and a paired handover with your engineers. We stay on retainer if you want us, but the goal is that you don't need to.
