Nobody is only a donor
Trusting Hands brings four kinds of giving into one app: an urgent blood bank, education sponsorship, financial support for Shuhada families, and general Islamic charity. The organising decision was to refuse the usual split between people who give and people who receive. Someone who donates blood in March may need school fees in September, and the app should not make them feel like a different class of user in each case.

Four donation streams behave nothing alike. A blood request is an emergency measured in hours and matched on blood group, hospital and city. Education sponsorship is a considered decision made once a term. Zakat, khums and sadaqah are not interchangeable. Each has its own rules about who may receive it, so collapsing them into a single donate button would have been religiously wrong as well as unusable. On top of that the audience is not English-first, and many users are not comfortable with long password entry on a phone.
Every module was given the same three-action shape (request support, see my requests, see all requests) so the second module a user opens is already familiar. Underneath, each stream keeps its own rules: blood carries urgency, blood group, hospital and location and is colour-coded red throughout; education and Shuhada support run on request-and-review; the Islamic giving categories stay separate all the way down rather than being flattened at the point of donation. A single dashboard plots all streams together, and biometric login plus an in-app language switch keep the entry barrier low.
Four charitable programmes that previously lived in separate processes now sit behind one login, built in Flutter so a single codebase serves both stores. Behind the app, an admin dashboard gives the organisation a queue of incoming requests to review, approve or decline, so nothing reaches a donor unverified, and the architecture leaves room for new donation streams without reopening the ones already live.
