Abdul Manan was launching ACE Services with no LinkedIn footprint at all: a bare personal profile and a company page that did not yet exist. A new page has no signal for the algorithm to work with and no reason for anyone to follow it. Chasing raw follower count would have produced a number and no customers; the audience had to be narrow enough that a few hundred of the right people would outperform thousands of the wrong ones.

The personal profile was rebuilt first, since people follow people before they follow companies: clear positioning, a stated offer, and a reason to connect. Content then ran on his profile with the company page amplifying rather than leading, and targeted outreach went only to the specific niche the business actually served.

Five hundred-plus personal followers in three months and a company page past a hundred targeted followers, producing more than fifty qualified leads and a steady flow of early inbound enquiries. A foundation rather than a spike, and one the business could keep building on.
